Financial

· Facilitating making your dental treatment financially comfortable is important to us. Payment in full, including all insurance deductions and co-payments, is expected on the day treatment is rendered and LandMark Dentistry proudly offers a variety of options from which you may choose from.

Dental insurance is not intended to pay for dental procedures in their entirety but it can be helpful to many people. As a service to our patients, we will file your dental insurance claims and we will accept assignment of your insurance payment. This means that you are responsible for your deductible and the portion that the insurance company does not cover at the time treatment is rendered. We are happy to estimate fees and insurance reimbursement before beginning recommended treatment. LandMark Dentistry participates with Delta Dental Premier Plans, and we accept all insurance plans that provide benefits for the dentist of your choice.

We accept cash, checks, debit and most credit cards. We offer a 5% reduction in fees for all advance cash, debit and check payments of entire treatment plans. We can assist in helping you contact outside healthcare financing partners, such as Care Credit © and Chase HealthCare Financing, who offer a variety of monthly payment plans to fit your budget.

Our business team will happily discuss any financial questions you may have prior to the start of any treatment.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
